Google Plans To Sell More Stock
Google announced plans to sell 14.2 million shares of class A common stock. They plan to keep the funds in liquid, investment grade securities until funds are used. Nothing has been specified as to why the money is needed other than for general corporate purposes.
As often happens with these announcements, the stock is trading down from yesterday’s closing price.
